My Way Nectar Giorgio Armani for women

As someone who does NOT like bubblegum-y white florals with heady, sweet tuberose, I found this to be a refreshing flanker. It has subtle original DNA but is clean, bright, a bit soapy. The pear note is very prominent, making this a bit more fruity than floral.

I too was not expecting to like this as much as I did. It’s not terribly complicated, but it’s a sweet yummy fruity floral. I do tend to like bergamot and tuberose so maybe I should have expected to like it. I can see some resemblance to the new Daisy Wild, but I prefer this because the original daisy isn’t my favorite and I can find a teensy bit of that daisy dna in wild. While there isn’t a honey note in this it also reminds me of mar jacobs honey or Jo Malone nectarine blossom and honey.

I was between this one and the My Way EDP, and I chose the latter.

Nectar is a beautiful, soft and musky smell, but I miss the jasmine note that’s more present in the My Way EDP. That’s just my personal preference though.

I just received a sample of this in a free offer bundle, and I almost threw it away. I am SO happy I didn't. I have an abundance of the original My Way EDP and I greatly dislike the original. Once I saw it was the newest Flanker, I was so glad to do a double take. This is absolutely amazing and truly a beautiful fragrance. I can't describe it but it's almost nostalgic for me, as if I've smelled this on someone from my childhood; just can't think of who or what. Clean, floral, slightly aquatic, a little sweetness, and definitely Dewey. I can see this being worn every day in the warmer weathers (definitely a spring time fragrance), but I'd personally save it for special occasions if I can get a bottle eventually.

Those who are comparing this to MJ Daisy are right on. As someone who wore and loved Daisy around a decade ago, I do like this new My Way. It has super ripe pear in the opening, rather than Daisy's signature strawberry note. It has that same dewy (almost wet) white floral heart. I think those that found the other My Way flankers too heavy on the tuberose will like this fresher, more youthful take.

Longevity is laughably poor, though.

I was not expecting to like it this much. Woow, fruity, Long lasting, femenine and clean. Love for me and now I need it LOL.

After 2hours, it smells like a powdery bar of soap on me sadly. Doesn’t see to last more than 4hours on my skin.

I had very high hopes for this based on the listed notes and reviews that I even considered blind buying it. Thankfully I didn’t. Even on the blotter it was extremely musky to me from the get-go. I just couldn’t get any “fresh” or “juicy” notes from this: it was musk and vanilla first, fruity second. Absolutely a no from me.

The opening scent is fruity, sparkly and floral. I like this better than the OG because it's lighter.
The drydown turns into an inoffensive fruity vanilla scent. Overall it's a very pretty feminine scent.

It smells like a very light floral with juicy notes of fruit and some citrus. So feminine, spring in a bottle. There is still a sweetness that feels like honey a bit - but it blended beautifully wow!!

Well, this is a pretty, inoffensive, but on my skin- light and weak fragrance, unfortunately. Day- time and perfect for Spring.

This is love at first sniff for me: juicy pear 🍐 stands out, very well blended, gentle, refreshing, slightly zesty and sweet, inoffensive, just delightful. I disagree with other reviews that it's a weak perfume - it is light but not weak, lasting power is good, in fact I was surprised to discover that it lasted longer on me than JPG La Belle and I expect even better performance in hot weather. Can't wait to rock it in summer. It is a high quality flanker in my opinion, better than the original.

What mostly sticks out to me is a juicy and vibrant, ripe pear; with crisp florals, and some warm rounding vanilla. Maybe it's the green from the pear, but I also get a slight sour/tart nuance.
This smells so feminine and good - it's a beautiful, easy and lovely fragrance.

As I continued to wear it and it warmed up on me, I kept thinking this smelled like something else I've already smelled before. Now for me, there is a reminiscent hint of the My Way Intense, which isn't a shocker (one would expect "the DNA" to be present). It does not remind me of the My Way Parfum because of the iris (iris actually smells purple to me). But - the Mark Jacobs Perfect EDP is what this reminds me of. It's not 100% completely, nor is it throughout the whole life of the fragrance; but when I sniffed this My Way Nectar off the nozzle, it does indeed remind me of a stronger Perfect EDP coming off of my skin.

This may also be the only, or one of a small few pear fragrances that I enjoy.

Generic and underwhelming, if you are expecting something with the OG my way DNA this falls short.It is more of an edt it’s super light and missing the strong tuberose kick that identifies all the my way flankers.

This smells nice but not anything worth having in your collection. And too overpriced for the performance.

Lovely mix of pear, white floral and the subtle violet note. Not a very complex fragrance, the pear is very prominent. I don't really love how pear smells so this fragrance isn't for me, but if you enjoy a slightly sweet, feminine, spring scent then i'm sure you'd really enjoy this one. The biggest takeaway for me is that it smells exactly like a herbal essence shampoo I used to use - the shampoo comments people make are accurate, it's a nice shampoo smell however. Gives very much the approachable, friendly, girly but down to earth friend vibes. It's a 'clean girl' scent for the clean girl that doesn't want to be completely boring.

I received this for my birthday a few days ago. I love the opening, very fruity and juicy, smells like mango or an unnamed melon 🍈 The middle has a little sharpness that always overwhelmed me in the other My Ways, but it is not nearly as strong, and there is a creaminess from middle to end that balances it out nicely. I always wanted to love the others because I love tuberose and loved the opening of both the OG and Intense, but they had that screech I couldn’t live with. This is lighter for spring and summer, longevity is very decent for the scent. I can smell on clothes the next day. Not a huge projector, but it lingers in a nice personal bubble. Where I live it is still cooler weather so I will come back and update when the weather warms up ♥️
Edit: I am not going to make it to warm weather. The creaminess that balances this plays hostile take over middle through end and I can’t do it. Actually makes me nauseous ☹️ Sigh…another My Way I want to love, but simply cannot.

It may sound strange but it's that violet-leaf catpee opening with pear that is incredible appealing to me.🙀 🌱It's so addictive and zesty accompanied with the fresh bergamot and soft florals. So fresh and juicy!
Even fragratica sayes that violet leaf smells like cat pee. I'm not sure how it can be so beautiful, but I absolutely adore the opening of this. Meow! 😸It's perfect for spring and sunmer. This is a wonderful juicy freshie that actually lasts.

The pear... The pear you guys!!!🍐😋The pear combined with that zesty violet leaf on a bed of fresh white flowers is to die for. My favourite springtime-fragrance release this year. Not just a designer fruity floral. But a unique one. Longevity? Just bring it with you ok?! 😄 (On me, it lasted. It’s very pretty, smells like a shampooy pear with a hint of bubblegum from the tuberose . It’s very fresh and girlie

To my nose, this one sits between MW Intense and MW Floral. So far I don't find it very different from previous flankers, so if you have either of those 2 or the OG you probably don't need this one too. That being said, I'm not mad I bought a 30 ml of Nectar. I just love this whole line and this is a really pretty addition. It's fresh, sweet, juicy. Doesn't seem to last very long though. Looking forward to testing it in hot weather.

Much better than the OG. Lighter and more citrusy. Smells like passionfruit and mango in the opening but dries down to a juicy exotic pear. I'm actually a proud hater of the OG but this one is very nice I'm amazed. Doubt I'll get a full bottle but if there is a 10/15ml bottle available I think I'll get it. Longevity isn't that good, applied at 6 PM and it's almost gone by 10 PM.

I don't get the name as it's not really nectar-y compared to the other flankers. If anything, it's fresher. But oh-so-lovely. I tried in store maybe 2x and had to get a bottle.
This is easily my favourite from the line but it IS a lot different. It's like the Sakura version of the OG, down to the bottle.
It's lighter for sure but definitely noticeable and has reasonable longevity. It does have a shampoo vibe but I like clean scents so it's a win in my book. Perfect for daytime in the spring/summer, office and people appropriate, husband approved. All in all, big like.

Sexy gorgeous fragrance, I feel beautiful when wearing this, light but I get whiffs during the day! I would say it’s a great office perfume or a day fragrance, at work etc.. not cloying, but strong enough to get noticed, subtle.. yet noticeable! 8/10

My Way Nectar opened with a juicy freshness specifically because of the pear. I found it to be effervescent, Bright and ultra feminine.
The dry down is remained pretty on my skin, but the brightness died down after 4/5 hours.

Perfect for spring & summer. If you layer with a floral or fruity oil you will get better longevity one out gets into warmer temps
Pricing - well… it’s on par with emerging scents today.

I tried this the other day at Sephora. It immediately gave me Daisy vibes but more screechy. Longevity is average around 4 hours. I don't like the other my ways so this one is most likely to wear from the range. I wouldn't buy it though the longevity is poor.... It's a nice fresh floral that you smelled before.

The bottle appeals to me, so I felt tempted to test it. Well, it's a syrupy, sweetish, greenish-vegetal, lacking direction thing with methyl anthranilate sticking out way too much for me. One could have done it better than this. L'Oreal should perhaps stick with making hair shampoo rather than fine fragrance, I mean as a hair shampoo theme My Way nectar would be just perfect.

I finally got my nose on the new My Way NECTAR. I was so excited about this new flanker. My Way Intense is one of my favs. NECTAR sounds so juicy. Unfortunately this is a bit disappointing. This is body splash/ Kayali like fragrance. Its extremely light. Soft floral. Not a lot of sweetness. Skin scent. Not a must have. Not ugly but maybe good for bed if you really like the line. The drydown after an hour becomes blah. Basic perfumery. Easy money grab. Smells like not a lot of effort was put into this. This could pass for a watered down Daisy flanker.

I just try this on my skin and it’s very elegant, fresh, uplifting, not complicated, not pungent, not tooo woody or musky…. It’s a beautiful feminine parfum, but I prefer the OG because of the grape bubblegum vibe which makes it more unique, I love the OG so much. My Way parfums are all beautiful and great quality…. Very beautiful parfum line

I have only tried it on paper and have a sample on the way home to me but so far so good. I really like this one, it smells juicy, fresh and floral without it being too floral. It has some of the My way DNA but still different. This perfume is way better than the original my way in my opinion and I think it is going to be a hit! It is very feminine and would be perfect for spring and summer.

This is SO juicy in the initial spray. Pure pear deliciousness! But it dries down to such a soft, feminine tuberose with a touch of cedar. My new favorite my way flanker — it’s not as bubblegum-y and potentially cloying as the others. This is a really pretty floral. I do like the my way line… I know some people dont, but if you normally dont, sniff this. It might change your mind. It definitely has the my way DNA but i feel like its a lot different than the other flankers… also, I get where the perfect comparisons are coming from because it does slightly remind me of it, but they’re not sisters, more like distant cousins. So gorgeous. I really love this.

Edit: layer this with VS pure seduction, it smells SO GOOD

It smells like heaven in the first 30 mins, its perfect for sunny weather, its super pink and girly. Sadly it doesnt project well nor does it last long... the drydown reminds me of Daisy by Marc Jacobs if it was a little more generic

Thank you, girldeadbug! Those notes make way more sense, and it’s totally understandable now why nectar is a Love for me, and is the only my way flanker I enjoy… no indolic jasmine.

A lot of people seem to hate the tuby in My Way, but I’ve always felt it was the presentation of jasmine that made the tuby seem overbearing. I may be biased tho, I love tuby and strongly dislike jasmine. Anyway, on to the scent.

Nectar is sweet, uplifting, and has a sheer beauty. It, to me, is one of the better designer fruity florals I’ve smelled in a while and is a must have for me. My husband loved it on me and commented that it smelled natural on my skin… a high compliment coming from him, and I agree, it does work beautifully with my chemistry, smelling more like I just have a sweet and elevated air about me rather than that I have on a sweet floral perfume.

Armani nailed it with this one and I’m really surprised to see a fragrance that performs this way outside of the niche world.

The opening of this smells like gummy worms to me- the two-toned ones that are half green/half orange. The bubble gum-ness of the tuberose shows up soon after, but not as strongly or as bubblegum-y as in the other My Way variants. It’s a sweet, pretty, fruity-floral scent. Not something I’d want to wear all the time, but I’m definitely considering picking up a travel size eventually because the novelty of that gummy candy scent in the opening makes me happy.

Smells nothing like my way intense or the OG, this is a lot fresher and smells like bright crystal,great for summer fresh sent for everyday.I like it but don’t expect it smells like the others in line .

It reminds me of a fruit juice a bit too much. Although I love pear in perfumes, I prefer the original over this one.

My favorite from the entire my way line. It's more feminine with a bright fruity opening. I do love the original my way, but this one is more dimensional.

Not my thing at all. I thought I liked it in store, but got a sample and changed my mind. It’s very generic, heavy and floral. There’s one lighter note in this which I like, but it gets overshadowed by the intens florals.

Sweeter and less white floral-y than the other My Ways. Definitely more wearable since the tuberose is not that heavy here.

I love this. It’s so feminine, pretty and fresh. I get so many compliments. I am also a fan of the whole My Way line. This reminds me of My Way Floral mixed with Versace Purple.

Purchased the travel size. Smells like Marc Jacobs Perfect and My Way had a baby. It’s pretty, inoffensive and sweet but almost too much going on. As a collector it’s not worth it to me.

I always tell myself Giorgio Armani always has good perfume lines, so why have they favored the My Way line so much recently? Is this their strategy? To me they are boring, and boring. Maybe because I don't like this perfume line.

It is a very fresh, clean, sparkly fruity floral scent! It is really pretty. The tuberose is hiding in the background, compared to the OG.
It really reminds me of Garnier Fructis schampoo!
I bet it will work perfect in summer time when it is humid and hot outside, especially since i associate it with a schampoo aka fresh from a shower!

The bubblegum aspect that i loved in the previous ones is lost in this one so it made the whole perfume very very basic to me. What made my way special imo was the mix of bubblegum with cute shampoo-y fruit scent

Bruh ain't no way. This lasts barely 3 hours on CLOTHES. I can't check the moderate 3-6 hour option because it's just a lie, there's a huge gap between 3 and 6. I am not even going to mention how it performs on skin. Horrible. Beautiful fragrance but it just will not last.

This is the best My Way flanker that I have ever tried and it is better than the original. It's absolutely beautiful, smooth, sweet, delicious, and even the tuberose smells wonderful. It is too flowery for my personal taste, but for a floral perfume it is amazing!

Initial spray reminds me instantly of Prada Paradoxe. I love the opening: bright, fresh, luminous. It’s more orange blossom/jasmine centred than tuberose and feels a bit more greenish than the OG My Way. That one is straight up bubblegum tuberose on me. And for that, I have L’Interdit by Givenchy which outperforms by far My Way!


I think I like this version better because it feels more nuanced, complex and interesting. I can detect here the bergamot, a sweet and juicy pear, the green violet leaves alongside the white flowers, which are still the core of this fragrance. Vanilla and cedarwood are also showing up significantly in the blend after the first half an hour and create more consistency and contrast against the flowers and fruits.

For the price it is being sold currently, it’s an easy pas. Anyway, My Way Nectar is exclusively a spring and summer fragrance for me. I might pick up a small bottle during spring, should I find it on a good deal. It’s nothing new as far as the scent profile goes and it is kinda mediocre in the performance department.

Overall, My Way Nectar is way less sweeter than the OG, which I find hilarious because of the name implication, but it is pretty nonetheless, sweet white floral, feminine and easy going, a very mass appealing scent for the younger generations for sure!

I like the aesthetic of the bottle but with the old cap, royal blue, contrasting against the blushing pink of the bottle. This one looks cheap in my opinion.

A less floral and less sweet version than the OG. Safe to wear at work. Sparkly, green and clean. Very lovely.
I think this has the most similarity with My Way Floral as it's first and foremost green, citrusy, and fresh. I can smell iris in this one actually, which makes me associate it with a more aquatic, summery version of Le Parfum. It seems with each release the scent has less and less tuberose in it.

The name is a let down for me, I was expecting a fruity, juicy scent with the bubblegummy tuberose that I can smell in the OG and in the Intense version.

I find these names very misleading. I have the same experience with My Way Floral. It wasn't a more floral version of the OG, it was a burst of citruses and green notes indeed. It was clearly the EDT version, but the name gave me different hopes. And nectar is giving everything but nectar. It's fresh, aquatic, citrusy, clean, energetic. My Way Acqua, My Way Sunny Morning or something like that would have been more accurate. I feel kind of cheated with these misleading names T . T

Tested La Nuit Tresor Le Parfum, Donna Born in Roma Green Stravaganza, Black Opium Red and My Way Nectar and what does my hubby like best? My Way Nectar. And this from someone who always prefers soft vanillas or florals on me not really a fan of floralfruities.

MWN is a true juicy, fruity floral. For once the name is apt, this scent truly is a nectar. I get the pear, very ripe and sweet, soft citruses and a subdued tuberose. I think this will work even better in the summer - I'm not surprised by the comparison to JHG's Lust for Sun, not so much notewise, but wibewise, if that makes sense.

I love the absence of harsh basenotes (patchouli, oud), the scent stays lush but light to the drydown. Altogether a very nice addition to the My Way family.

So I got to try this in the Phillipines 🇵🇭 Everyone in Manila is wearing it now. So if you made My Way Eau De Toilette and mixed in Petite Cherie by Annick Goutal you'd get this. It's a very beautiful Fruity floral and the bottle is gorgeous! 🌸🩷 it works well I humid and hot environments as the Phillipines tends be like that.

fucking delicious and effervescent perfume, like a fizzy candy fruit slightly shampooey version of my way.

People always bashing even when the fragrance is on the way to be launched. Go figure.

Calm down folks , it hasn't been released yet so it can't very well be compared to Givenchy Prada and Joop. Let's hope it's something good .

I hope this smells like My Way plus they added the same poached pear from pas ce soir. That would be delightful
